The service

Local Landscaping is a directory that helps people find landscaping businesses by location and service. We provide information; we are not a party to any agreement between you and a business you contact through the directory.

We work to keep listing information accurate and current, and every listing shows the date of its last data check. But we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or up to date at all times.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no scraping that degrades the site, no spam or abusive contact through forms or quote requests, no attempts to access other users’ accounts or private lead inboxes, and no uploading of content you do not have the right to share.

Photos you upload in a quote request must be your own or ones you have permission to share. You grant the businesses you send a request to the right to view those photos for the purpose of quoting your project.

Listings and business owners

Submitting a listing means you represent that the business information you provide is truthful and that you are authorized to submit it. Claiming a listing requires evidence of ownership, a business-domain email, a website verification token, or documented manual review.

We may remove or suspend listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate these terms, after review.

Quote requests

Quote requests are delivered to the businesses you select, based on their stated service areas. If our delivery systems are unavailable, we save your request and show its true status as “pending”; we never represent an undelivered request as delivered.

No professional advice

Guides and directory content are general information, not professional, legal, or financial advice. Landscaping projects involve real property and real risk; consult qualified professionals for your situation.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the directory, including any dealings with listed businesses.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
